App Ads Insights and your personal data
The US company emonster, inc. operates App Ads Insights and determines the purposes and means of processing for its public website and waitlist. You can contact us at [email protected]. The Privacy Policy describes the current service and its data handling.
The GDPR applies where its territorial and other conditions are met. This page describes the relevant rights without assuming that citizenship alone determines coverage. The planned Apple Ads decision tool, Apple account connections and customer billing are not provided by the current public site.
Information and purposes
We use the email and language you submit, notice and Terms records, and your separate marketing and analytics choices to manage the waitlist, send a receipt and requested launch notification, manage communications and understand demand. Product news and offers require the optional marketing choice.
Optional browser, device and acquisition context is included with a new signup only when analytics is allowed. Separately, hosting may supply approximate geography, and IPinfo receives the request IP to infer country and continent. We keep the limited lookup result when available. Security signals and delivery events help prevent abuse and manage messages.
These are distinct purposes and choices. Agreement to Terms, a signup receipt or a future Apple connection authorization is not a substitute for GDPR consent for other processing.
Consent and communication choices
Marketing is optional and unchecked by default. Use its unsubscribe link or contact us to withdraw. Contact [email protected] to withdraw a launch-notification request or ask about stored information. Marketing unsubscribe alone does not remove a waitlist record.
Privacy settings controls optional analytics information in future submissions from this browser. Changing it does not change or erase an earlier signup. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. Declining optional analytics or marketing does not prevent signup.
Providers, recipients and international processing
Google and Firebase provide hosting, backend functions, database and secret storage, and configured reCAPTCHA Enterprise assessment. Cloudflare handles public-site delivery and network requests. Resend processes applicant receipts, internal signup notifications and delivery events. The internal notification includes the submitted email, language, notice and consent evidence, signup reference and approximate location. IPinfo processes the raw request IP for country and continent inference.
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries in which the relevant services operate. Providers have their own applicable terms and data practices. For questions about recipients, locations and safeguards applicable to your information, contact [email protected]. A provider’s public terms or certification do not certify App Ads Insights.
Retention and security
Signup expiry is 24 months from original creation; duplicates do not extend it. Abuse records expire within 24 hours. Aggregates expire 36 months after the reporting period ends and suppress groups below 10 signups. Database expiry deletion is asynchronous. An unsubscribe, local storage reset or short-lived token expiry is not deletion of the signup.
Private server-side persistence, restricted service identities and product-specific keyed identifiers protect waitlist data. The signup record excludes raw IP addresses, raw user agents, full referrers, bot tokens and scores. Infrastructure providers may retain operational logs. No system is completely secure.
Your rights under the GDPR
- Access your personal data and obtain information about its processing; correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure or restriction where the applicable conditions are met. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.
- Receive qualifying data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable form, and request transmission where technically feasible, when automated processing is based on consent or a contract.
- Object on grounds relating to your situation to processing based on legitimate interests. You may object to direct marketing at any time; that marketing must stop.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Exercise safeguards concerning decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, where Article 22 applies. The current public site does not provide campaign recommendations; automated form-abuse checks do not authorize advertising changes.
Make a privacy request
Email [email protected], identify App Ads Insights and the email address concerned, and explain your request. Include only information needed for the request. If there are reasonable doubts about identity, proportionate additional information may be needed.
Where the GDPR applies, requests must be handled without undue delay, normally within one month of receipt. Complexity or volume may permit up to two additional months, with an explanation within the first month. Requests are normally free; any fee or refusal is subject to the GDPR’s conditions and must be explained with available remedies.
You may complain directly to a competent supervisory authority, particularly where you habitually live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred. You do not need to contact us first.
