Operator and current service
These Terms apply to the public App Ads Insights website and waitlist operated by emonster, inc., the US company. They supplement the emonster Terms of Service. By selecting the required Terms checkbox and submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms. Do not submit if you do not agree.
The current service consists of product information, legal documents, privacy settings and a waitlist. Registration does not create a customer account, purchase, subscription or right to future product access.
Permitted use
Use the service lawfully and only submit an email address you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the information you provide.
- Use the public pages and waitlist for their intended purposes.
- Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, overload the form or impersonate another person.
- Respect emonster’s and other parties’ intellectual property. Site materials may be used to interact with the service; other uses require permission unless applicable law permits them.
Planned product and advertising decisions
The planned product supports Apple Ads analysis through Apple’s authorization flow, with optional read-only App Store Connect Sales and Reports data for app-level sales and proceeds context. It is designed to show BUY, HOLD or SELL (Scale, Wait or Cut) recommendations with confidence, reasons, an evidence window, sample size, freshness, assumptions and a suggested action, or an explicit Insufficient data state. App-level proceeds do not establish campaign-attributed revenue or settled payments. These integrations, recommendations and management features are not available through the current public site; Apple provider approval and integration work remain pending.
Analysis-only access is planned alongside optional campaign management where Apple’s API, your role and granted permissions support the requested action. Each change to campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bids or budgets will require a preview of the affected resources, proposed values and cost implications, followed by your explicit confirmation. Recommendations and background refreshes will not automatically change campaigns. You remain responsible for advertising decisions and authorized changes. Product descriptions do not promise profitability, attribution certainty or campaign results; missing or unreliable revenue context must not support claims of profitability or recommendations to increase spend.
Pre-launch pricing and availability
Published plans, capacities and monthly or annual amounts describe the proposed product offering. Annual amounts are full annual charges, not monthly instalments. Joining this waitlist does not start a trial. There is no checkout, card collection or billing activation on this site.
Pre-launch descriptions may change and do not guarantee a launch date, invitation, particular feature, integration, trial availability, support response, uptime or continued availability. Any offer to purchase must present the applicable price and subscription conditions before acceptance.
Waitlist communications and privacy
Submitting the form requests registration and a launch notification. We send a signup receipt and an internal registration notification whether or not you choose marketing. Product news and offers require the separate optional choice. No notification date or product access is guaranteed.
Terms acceptance is not a marketing or analytics choice, proof of mailbox ownership or authorization to connect an Apple account. The Privacy Policy explains the data, providers, retention and controls. Marketing unsubscribe does not delete the signup; contact [email protected] about launch-list withdrawal or stored information.
Third-party services
Google and Firebase provide hosting, backend, database, secret storage and configured reCAPTCHA assessment. Cloudflare handles public-site delivery. Resend handles waitlist messages and delivery events. IPinfo supplies approximate country and continent from a request IP. Their services are subject to applicable provider terms and availability.
Apple does not operate or sponsor App Ads Insights. Planned Apple integrations remain subject to Apple’s permissions, reporting behavior and applicable terms.
Changes and contact
We may change the pre-launch pages or restrict abusive requests for security, legal compliance or development. The emonster Terms of Service provide the general framework for intellectual property, third-party services, disclaimers, liability and governing law. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
